Projects
- Built EVRO tbm in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, one of the first Western-owned and operated businesses in the region. Deployed $9M of investor capital and took a first concept to a fully operational 7,500 m² plant with a 60-person team in an exceptional environment. Led the firm to its first EBITDA profit by 2024. While on this project, I also hand-coded a logistics ERP module that cut procurement costs and delivered scalable dispatch accuracy above 90%. (ALS Central Asia)
- Wrote the business plan and built the financial model for Trianon Energy, a national EV-charging rollout in Uzbekistan: market sizing, site scoring, full financial modelling including sensitivity analysis and scenarios for different funding instruments. (ALS Central Asia)
- Researched and built the advocacy case that got a government moratorium on an oil and gas major’s exploration licence lifted: presented it at head-of-state level. (Africa Matters Limited)
